What is Advanced Allergy Elimination?

Advanced Allergy Elimination is a treatment for allergies*, intolerances^ and sensitivities.  It is a completely non-invasive, drug free treatment option available to all age groups.

At AAE we view allergies, intolerances and sensitivities as a physiological error, where your body is reacting in error, to an otherwise harmless substance.  AAE treatment aims to correct that error using a positive conditioning effect. 

To attend an AAE clinic for testing and treatment you do not require a referral.  It is not necessary for you to know what you are reacting to before coming to AAE.  At AAE we use a muscle response test (MRT) to determine what substances your body is reacting negatively to.  The practitioner then uses the MRT results and your patient history to work out a treatment guide for you.

Advanced Allergy Elimination opened in Australia with clinics in Brisbane and Sydney in 2003, followed by clinics in Melbourne and Perth in 2004.  We became wholly Australian owned in 2005, before opening our first New Zealand clinic in October 2007 and expanding to open a second Sydney clinic in 2008.

How Advanced Allergy Elimination Works

At Advanced Allergy Elimination we use a muscle response test (MRT) to determine what your body is reacting negatively to.  We do not diagnose allergies, intolerances or sensitivities.  We treat all negative reactions, whether caused by an allergy*, intolerance^, or sensitivity in the same way, using a positive conditioning effect.

MRT is a technique that is increasingly used by natural therapists such as naturopaths, chiropractors, and kinesiologists.  A few small studies have found a correlation between muscle test results and RAST or food challenge results.  Other studies have shown that the muscle weakness experienced in MRT is measurably different from muscle fatigue and is unrelated to the strength of the muscle (reference)   

In your initial consultation the practitioner will test for a change in strength in your triceps muscle when exposed to different allergy testing vials.  On some tests your arm will stay resistant and on others you will experience a change in strength.  The change in strength indicates that your body perceives that substance as something is it sensitive to.  MRT is a completely non-invasive form of testing.

The AAE treatment involves gentle stimulation down your back while you are exposed to suspected allergens through allergy testing vials.  The stimulation has a relaxing effect on your body and is thought to have a strengthening effect on your organ systems.  This positive response is then positively associated with the exposure of the allergen, creating a positive conditioning effect.

The treatment given is for one allergen group each time.  The treatment is a stand-alone treatment.  There are no diets, drugs, medications, herbs or supplements prescribed.
